So the majority of our forum and store traffic comes from the southern half of California… And we know a ton of people from there dont order from us because it can take 4-5 days for it to arrive standard shipping. We still ship dozens sometimes hundreds of boxes to California everyday, but we are obviously losing business by not being right there.
For those of you in southern California who dont order from us regularly how likely would you be to switch over to ordering from us full time if we had a West Coast location.
And what if that West Coast Location offered free 1 day shipping?

I order items from JC race at times because even though shipping isn’t free the shipping is much cheaper and I get items in one day or two tops since they have a warehouse an hour and half from me.
its more of a time factor for me I usually need the items fast.
Game Changer. Do it. I would order from you either way, but make it quicker and cheaper. That’s a no brainier. Would those of us in Northern Ca get free shipping as well:cool:

The only time I don’t order from you guys is if someone else has a product that you don’t carry.
Sounds like a good idea. I’d certainly order more from WCR. I have ordered from Racenstein before and had my order ship from New Jersey, (I’m in San Diego) so as long as that doesn’t happen I think that’s an awesome idea. I (like most people) don’t like waiting a week+ for something to show up. Whereabouts are you looking to open up shop if this come to fruition?
I voted for “might switch” before I saw it was for SoCal cleaners. Is AZ close enough to be included?
I actually do use you guys most of the time, though shipping time has been a consideration for me when I need something quick. Usually that’s just my poor planning. And sometimes I do want something you don’t carry like hand held hogs hair brushes.
Definitely have to agree. I’ve had big jobs pop up and need to be done ASAP, and shipping costs/time were far too out of reach. I’ve had to actually drive to JR to pick up items. I’m as loyal as possible, but sometimes it needs to be done. The peace of mind alone would be great.
Pretty sure I only place orders on free shipping days as well.
I always try to place my orders with WCR .
But on occasion i will order from a west coast distributor so i can get it in 1 Day.
