Anyone else have trouble downloading WCRA files
Yes I have had problems too. I emailed Jessica yesterday but it’s a holiday weekend so I’m not expecting to hear back until Monday at the earliest. No big deal.

Hi Patrick - I can confirm that downloads are working for people in the same group as you in our system. I just did a test. Can I please ask at what point in the process are you getting hung up?

- You add product to your cart
- You check out
- You go directly to your downloads page - https://shopwindowcleaner.com/downloadable/customer/products/
- You click the file
What happens?

Ahh Ok I see. It looks we are encountering a delivery issue on the “systems” specifically.
@Jessica - Will deliver our full systems library to you via email on Monday.
From what I can see the Systems are the only category of downloads failing to deliver. ( We had some file problems with hat specific category only) If you could please let me know if you encounter an issue with any of the other types of downloads.

I believe we have it resolved now - if you would like to attempt again.
Okay everyone we think we have corrected the problem! Basically, we had a few products (business development stuff such as the forms, systems, planning tools, etc.) that were giving off that error page. We have since corrected the issue so if you redownload any systems or anything else that was giving you an error it should download fine now. Please note you do have to re-add it to your cart and check out again (sorry!).

issue is still not resolved. I can not download any systems. and i did re add them to the cart
Interesting I can’t replicate that logged in as you. @Jessica mentioned she sent all systems over to you. I’m going to take another look here momentarily and will report back to you.
