had one of those phone calls today. once i got through the initial deceit that his company had an opening come up on the google map listings in my area i asked him straight out where do i show up now?
so he did a search and after a small pause he began to chuckle and then said “well i guess you don’t need our services, you are number one…and …you have 241 reviews with a 4.9 average!”
we both laughed and went on with our days.

Just sucks that he wasted your time tho. I really do hate those calls.

What drives me nuts is when you get the calls and when you pick up its a recorded message? The guy starts out by saying “stop what you’re doing!”
That dude has some nerve to tell me that, when he cant even find the time to call me himself.
When they call and email me they usually give me some example of a service that I don’t do in a place that I don’t service.
“Hey, you’re at the bottom of the first page for drain cleaning in Philadelphia. We can make you number one!”
“I don’t service Philly and I don’t do drain cleaning”
