Hey guys,
We just got in stock this new gutter cleaning applicator. It’s called MarXoff and made by a company MarXoff. Check it out!
How does it perform (longevity, etc.) when used with Gutter Zap or F-13?
Will this cover the area of 6" oversized gutters? Do you carry replacement pads, and how much?
The pads are synthetic, so as long as the pads are rinsed out during cleaning and afterwards they will last quite a while. It really depends on how long its been since the gutters have been cleaned and how soiled they are. It’s hard to put a definate number on it, but I would say you could easily do about 12 houses and still maybe a few more.
We are passing a few out to our powerwashers (that do our gutter whitening) for some better testing…
Could my questions above get answered when someone has a moment, please?
Are you sure the pads you sell are synthetic? On the MarXoff website it says the pads are lambs wool. I don’t know if that makes a difference about performance or longevity.
I’m very curious to hear if these perform better than brushes.
Everything I read also mentioned about it being sheeps wool, but it’s yellow, and I havn’t seen a yellow sheep as of yet. It kinda feels like wool, but when I saw it my first impression was that it was synthetic. In any case, the pads can be replaced. I think they’re around 4 dollars.
The only thing I disagree with is on the box it says you can use almost any household cleaner along with the marxoff to remove the black streaks… theres a few cleaners that could be used in a pinch, but really a professional gutter cleaning chemical should be used.
These will not fit over 6’ oversize gutters.
The pads are synthetic. The owner and creator said that over the phone. The pads look and kinda feel like lambs wool, but they are not.
We do not currently have replacement pads in stock but we can stock them if there is a demand.
Cool. Thanks. Bummer they don’t fit over 6" gutters, since that is the size I mostly deal with.
They are most likely a “synthetic” lambs wool - used a lot in the painting industry - cheaper price than the real stuff.
