I am so small minded I really do not set goals. But if I read someone else has done it well then damn it I should as well as clearly I am just as good as so and so.
I remember reading on here that an employee was buying a home. I had just restarted and was not proud of what I could offer our field workers.
2025 someone finally broke 100k. So did they buy a home, nope, but still pretty cool milestone to hit.
Hit that, lined everyone up and brought them into the next and hopefully last era of this company. It serves me now. Lets see how I can break this….
