WFP brush spinning

Hi guys, new to using a WFP. I have had a few occasions now where my WFP brush loosens and swivels around during use. Aside from over-tightning the brush onto the pole what else can I do and is this common?

Is the head or the top most pole spinning (as in pole clamp not tight)?

You have to use jB weld and 2 bolts to hold those suckers on…

So far I haven’t been able to over tighten my brush. I do put it on tight and it
does get loose.

what equipment is this? picture of top clamp?

Basically where the wfp brush threads onto the angle adapter, it comes loose during use and has even flipped around. This causes me to have to lower the pole and tighten the threaded connection. Does anyone else experience this or have a fix? Thanks

Try some plumbers tape.
