Was doing a building next to this one and looks like someone left a sample square for the building owner .
Any idea what they used glass renew? or just chemicals .

Maybe there was a vinyl or something stuck on the window for years that just recently got removed

Looks like the area was taped off, I wouldn’t bet that glass renu was used on that. Felt pads and masking tape don’t play well together.
My guess is it was taped off then an acid was used. One restore or something. Just a guess though.
Find him and hire him?
