What do you think about my pricing AND first flier design

What do you all think of my pricing, located in Lexington KY. Will be going on a shiny postcard and hand delivered. The pricing page is for my own reference only

I like it.

Thank you. I plan to print 5,000 of this design and try it. I would be pleased with a solid 1% return on calls. But hoping for more obviously.
Do you rely on city data to determine your target market? Like what neighborhoods etc.
ALOT of no soliciting signs here :frowning:

Get this book, right now. It has all the necessary info on building a successful residential business.

It looks like too much to read, too small print, and too complicated. Jmo

I just ordered it yesterday

If you are referring to the price page, this is just for me to keep on hand. Not to give to customers

Oh okay. Yeah. Thought it was for customers

No, haha that would be way to much for sure

15 windows inside and out we’re at $150-170 so $99 seems low

I would love to start higher. However these prices are base do on what our competition is doing. The bigger competition. Just seeing what you guys think

Your pricing is borderline low, but considering you are beginning and in KY, it’s doable. I was in Tennessee for years and not too far from that.

One caution - avoid fixed pricing on storms. They are all very different and some are quite difficult. You need to look at them each time, practice on one to see how exactly they open, then price them.

Chart each house - how many windows and what you charge total. See how it averages out and adjust pricing accordingly.

Hahayesh I thought about that, I didn’t know if I should choose to put " one coupon only" or something like that, what do you all think?
… and I do agree my prices are low but that’s not to much far off from windowsquegee franchise here locally.

Yeah I know. I wish I could start way higher then that.
The Lexington Window genie franchise is not far off from those prices :frowning:
