What do you use on large commercial windows?

18 inch is typically my go to. if we are cleaning real big panes ill use my 22. for large panes i typically use my moerman mod 18 inch for pole work. if the are huge ill straight pull with a 22. reanna will wet and scrub and ill squeegge.

we change once the water is starting to turn poopy brown. if we clean around 20 storefront of course depending the types and frequency of the jobs we change our water at least once or twice per day. we always carry 6-8 gallons of fresh water each and every day.

You can always clean with a big squeegee so long as you have a big scrubber LOL

So see people doing straight pulls side or down.
And some still have to hand squeegee the last bit at the bottom.
But if you take in account you have to scrub first then squeegee.
Wouldn’t take longer to do
Then if you had scrubber /squeegee set up?
Like in this video how would you go doing straight pulls on these.
Also easy on the arms shoulders back doing it this way.
And yes use a 24inch Sorbo type squeegee by hand (two handed method)

If you like to see more??

Storefronts rule…! Honestly, I love big channels… Once I got the hang of using them I never looked back… But at the same time, I use small and mid size channels just as much… Plus wagtails, zero-degree handles, ledgers, liquidators, etc… Just whatever suits what I’m doing… I find the more open i am, the better window cleaner I become… But yeah, big channels are fun in my opinion…

What size is that elimanator?

18" stainless and 24" sorbo in a holster on right, BOAB with 18" applicator on left. I use the 24 most of the time. Once you switch to the 24 using an 18 on large panes feels like a waste of time

So it appears no one uses a 22 inch Moerman squeegee.
Anyone???

That’s my version of having fun while cleaning windows… Truth be told I use that 36 inch channel a lot… Where I live in San Diego there seems to be a lot of super big sheet glass…

It"s an 18 inch eliminator attached to a 36 inch channel… technically it’s not an eliminator but rather a Sorbo multipurpose squeegee made for doing multiple french windows at the same time… but i don’t use it for that… i use it as a mini eliminator on 34 & 36 inch channels… works great for both strait pulls and fanning… i have a couple videos on youtube that breaks it down…
