The more I talk with my customers the more I learn. I am learning now about the different paints used at this time of year. The cheap ones make a total mess in the rain or in your bucket. I have learned about a product called Caliart Acrylic water based paint. Doesn’t run in the rain, and after a few days I can soap and squeegee without removing it. When scraping it comes right off with brand new blades. Changing blades every couple of windows. I soap up a few windows ahead to let the soapy water soak in before scaping. The next scrape (every month) I am going to test Nanovations NG1010 as a sealer to make removal even easier. At the top of this post you can see a picture of the Caliart on top of an NG1010 coating. You will notice a few little holes from seperation because of the hydrophobic nature of Nanovations NG1010. I want to do a video for my youtube channel of the scrape experiment.
