I must be pretty far behind. I keep everything in my head, with reminders set in the calender feature of my phone. Then again, it’s only me. I would probably have something more formal if I had crews out there…
Google calender can do all of that for you if your not looking for anything other than a reminder. Microsoft outlook also does this (not outlook express). Personally I use George window cleaning assistant. One time fee and it is always being updated.
I use the customer factor and love it. It’s awesome and way worth the 19 bucks a month.
Yeah, I use the customer factor too. It is great. It has so many more features than I can even mention. It has features that I haven’t figured out how to use yet because I am too busy with all of the cleanings and scheduled appointments that I keep entered into it.

i use anytime calendar…very simple calendar system from weekly,monthly,yearly,can set times if necessary,has dayplanner and addy book

I’m old school like Micah, in my phone, a paper calendar in my office and on my excel sheet on my pc. You cannot have to many backup copies.
so do you have a paper diary? how else do you make notes ?? i have one paper diary that rides around with me when out on the streets working and a better bigger one back at my house .

I use the customer factor. The best feature is Steve, this guy really takes the time to make sure that you get the most out of this system. You can schedule appointments in any way necessary weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, you name it. You can have multiple users, creat invoices, manage employees, track expenses pretty much everything you need to run your business is there for you. The site is updated and improved all the time and the monthly cost is worth every penny. Oh and one more thing, the most important to me, its really easy to use.

We use Act 6.0. We have been using them for years. It works just like a tickler file. We have over 5000 residential accounts in there and it is great.
I also use the customer factor. It is the perfect program for professional window cleaners. If only I could find time to enter the data.
