What kind of glue for Loose tint

I have a tinted door that has a very small piece of loose tint sticking up
in the middle.

I tried to glue it down with clear nail polish and it does not hold it.

Does anyone know what kind of glue will work on it?

Super glue is not good for this. I have tried it before.

I THINK its held on, usually, by dried soapy water.

Auto tint is, never really thought about regular tint though.

have you tried calling a tint company and seeing what they recomend
