In addition to constantly finding new clients, and keeping the current ones happy, I bought a vinyl plotter/cutter. I just lettered the truck, and have a few signs to make for some clients whose signs are failing.
I salvaged a small laminated table top (approx 3x5) and will attach it to one area of wall in my shop. Above it will be a roll of screening on a wooden dowel (probably 1" diameter). I need to pick Tim’s brain on the hold down frame on his table to complete the set up.

If you are handy you can make the screen jigs yourself. For the clips I got some metal and bent it with the bench vice. the table I have has a 1/2x2 inch steel around two sides of the table. The metal frame is secured to the table with screws and between the table and metal I have washers to allow the clips/jigs to slide under the metal. I have the table covered in outdoor carpet and hinged to the wall so I can fold it up and store when not in use. Hope this helps. they are pretty easy to build and even easier to dismantle when your local screen shop tells you that they will fix screens for you for free cause you refer so many people to them.
