I am new to this business with only two jobs under my belt but I am licensed and insured. This buffet is in a strip mall next too a target. Thanks for your help.

i have one similar inside and out. its 75 will bump too 85 but its weekly and we also service floors twice a month
All you see.
Also the big windows are all one pane. The strip you see that looks like it seperates the big windows on the left is on the inside.
Like @JaredAI mentioned, I wouldn’t even bother with it. I’ve got one Asian owned account, a nail place and I figure they are outliers because they tip me every month too. As a soft rule Asians “do their own”
