What soap do you use for cleaning homes

Right now I’m thinking of getting Unger EasyGlide… What do you guys suggest, and how much do you mix in your solution?

2 or 3 parts glass gleam 4 + 1 part ecover = wining combo Mix this combo in a float bottle. then use about 1/4 oz per 32oz of water. I never ever ever use a bucket. always mix solution in old glass gleam bottles

i wouldn’t use unger easy glide. i tried it and hated it. the glass gleam/ecover combo is really awesome. we use gg3 instead of 4, but either would be good.

but soap choice is really subjective (search “soap wars”). i would buy a few and try them all, see which you like best.

I’ve used Dawn, Joy, Ecover, GG4/Ecover, EBC/Ecover for residential window cleaning.

All work great, personally I prefer the GG4 or EBC with Ecover now. There’s less suds and the squeegee glides across the glass perfect.

If you don’t use a bucket, what do you rinse your mop in to clean off the nasty stuff?

if it gets bad i use a water faucet or change my washer pad. Keep in mind I am always using clean water from a squirt bottle not dunking into my dirty bucket water. this also saves me the back pain from bending over every 5 seconds to dunk my washer.
