What works on a residential flyer

Hi,

I am in the process of designing my first residential flyer and it would be really great to get some feedback from you guys as to what has worked for you.

For example do I need to include a price on the flyer or maybe offer a discount on their clean.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

thanks in advance

Make the companys name big and the phone number. I like to say if 20 windows are normally 250 bucks put 200 or 175. Offer so sort of discount but let them see it. Cause if you just put 10% or 40 dollars off they gonna wonder off of how much. Then they lost intrest and the flyer hits the trash.

I always offer I discount in flyers. Better chance of getting a new customer if theres some kind of deal.

Also make them different colors. Say you make 1000 flyers divide into 4 different color schemes. The right blend of colors can increase your chances. Find out which ones work and which ones don’t

I use mainly blue on residential fliers, looks like bubbles. Remember the potential customer is tuned into the frequency WIIFM “What’s In It For ME”. I have had fantastic response with my res fliers. I am booked for the next 4 1/2 weeks.

You could join the wcra and get all the postcards and flyers you want that have been proven to work or if your tight on cash go with one flyer or postcard that wcr offers, I had a great return on the one I got from them last year.Just a idea.
