They want this done inside and out 4x a year. Pretty basic. I’m just curious what you guys would price it at. I didn’t get an exact count on the windows but I believe theres around 120-130
I wouldn’t do the insides here… give them an outside only price quarterly… too many interior hassles and there’s no screens, wfp exterior only quarterly accounts are the best.

^right. Maybe the inside of common areas at the most. The housekeeping employees are their best bet to get the inside of the rooms
Yes, on something like this I’ll bid the exterior only and include the main entrance/vestibule “free” and show like a discounted price of “$xxx off” and I make it at least 3 digits so they think it’s a deal.
