Hey everybody, I’m new here, and to the window cleaning world.
What would be the best way to address a mailer when I don’t know the homeowner’s name.
Current Resident?
Is that too impersonal? Any input would be great!!

see if you can get the names from the local town/county government website. Look under property searches/sales to find the info. usually you just need the name of the street and town.
I came across this while doing some research on direct mail. Hope it helps…
Avoid Self-Defeating Address Designations
OCCUPANT. SALES MANAGER. POSTAL PATRON. When you see these or similiar titles on your mail, what is your first reaction? If you’re like most of us, the answer is simple: throw it away. This kind of addressing screams “junk mail!” The extra cost involved in actual name addressing usually represents a very good investment. If this is not practical for you, then try some imaginative addressing.

Interesting take, John!
That is what advertising/marketing is all about… Thinking of the most imaginative way to “grab” hold of new customers.
Very nice find, John, I like those, too.
It can also be very effective to simply provide an unaddressed, sealed envelope with nothing on it.
The curiosity card.
In MY house that will end up in the trash for sure.
