Heya Moose,
Is the quality of your work capable of impressing the homeowner? Considering there is “almost zero competition” you may be able to **** on the windows and make a days pay.

its hard to say without a window count…but if I pulled into the drive and seen either one of these houses…lets just say that my wife would be about the only one to get me more excited. I see window cleaning and up selling possible gutter cleaning/whitening, and a house wash. When I go give a quote, I give them a quote of all my services and tell them what each one is and what it will cost them…then they can pick and choose off my list…alot of times they say what the heck, lets do it all.

Haha that’s good, we’re new to the game of window cleaning. We have a successful business now and were also jumping into window cleaning as there seems to be a demand here. Your 100% right with the up selling, skys the limit.
