What’s it worth?
i would offer $1000 for it. $1200 would still be a good price. i think BE makes pretty good stuff. belt drive is good. not sure about the pump model, but general is a respected brand and easy to service (from what i’ve read). honda motor speaks for itself. this is pretty much the standard issue 4.0 gpm pro grade machine. very similar to the pressure pro’s, etc.
I have the same engine, different pump. Think I made around 30,000 off of it my first full year in business.

Would it work for house washing?
yeah it would work great. just get a downstream injector kit with j-rod and appropriate nozzles from bob @pressuretek. and a ball valve. and get a jug of elemonator while you’re at it.
Absolutely! Little bit of a learning curve to learn softwashing but once you got it down its a money making beast. I make at least $100/hr and its less work than cleaning glass
