When you do quoting, do you close sale, then and there, or is it better to email?

Actually We are 99.99 % residential and I think Proposal is for commercial. We currently use Quickbooks and e-mail. I need to get my resposabid up and running one of these days real soon. We may just migrate to that 100% after we see how it works.

That what I meant Randy, thats why I said “something like Proposal”. Im in the same boat I need to get responsabid up and running myself.
I have heard only good things about Responsabid from other members.
