Where do you buy your 12.5%?

Just Curious. Where do you guys buy your 12.5%. Not the Clorox (6%).
Do you buy it from:
Pressure Washing Supply?
Pool Supply?
Chemical Supply?
Elsewhere?

What brand is it (for example: sunny sol?)

Depending on what state your in…it can somewhat hard to find.

I hear it is easy to find in florida but not so much in the south east.

I recently bought mine at Univar Chem Company in Dallas. I am only 40 minutes north of there so I picked it up. The cost was $2.06/gal (I think). I seem to remember the invoice total being around $120~.

Get it from your chemical supplier if you can justify the use for 55gal, much cheaper, hotter and fresher stuff. Univar here in Houston is where I would go if I needed a large volume.

I get mine here:

Thanks guys for your responses.
I’ve been shopping around trying to get cheaper prices. Current paying almost $2.75 a gallon for this stuff. I did find a couple distributors willing to sell to me for around 2.50 a gallon. Still looking for a .50ct drop somewhere like Ben has at 2.06.

While I was looking one company offered me 16% bleach!!! Yikes. That’s gotta be like military grade. I was thinking of diluting it but the solution costs around $3 a gallon.

We get about a 750 gallons delivered at a time and the price fluctuates around 2.25

THis big pump truck just comes and fills up our containers… I believe the company mostly sells to pool supply stores.

I buy it at Sunbrite Supply. A local pressure washing supply house.

I just hunted down several liquid 12.5% bleach manufacterers. Most won’t sell directly to you. They send it to their “distributors”. I was able to find price ranges from $1.79 to $2.60. The ones that charge a little more will offer to deliver it to you. That’s pretty convenient.
Most of them say there bleach is 12.5% but it can be as high has 15% because that is what the bleach is manufactured at. 15% percent bleach from what I heard, looses it’s strength really quick and drops to 12.5% but doesn’t loose it as fast from then on.
