What is your cleaning and rinsing method? What do you rinse with? Do you rinse in both residential and commercial environments?

Yes, we use a combo of surfactants to reduce the surface tension and add a cleaner with a PH just south of 4 that will emulsify most of the “dirt” that accumulates. I have an antique (1990) Tucker dual line set up(with the glass soap bowl and brass connectors). I never like those soap tablets, so I rigged my own system to pump my soap to the head. My soap sheets really well so most of the time, I can use the tap water and leave no spots. If I am using well or hard water, I run it through the R/O system and the de-ionizer system I put together using “whole house” components I have “acquired” over the years.
Depending on conditions, I have several soap mixes I can use.
