Who else gets a stiff neck?

Is your right hand top or bottom of pole?

Having the hose wrapped around the outside of the pole, as opposed to running straight up the middle, means more water filled hose above ground level making it heavier. I like to wear my belt when wfp so I can rest the pole in a pocket.

Top. Basically, I use my right hand, thumb down, and basically do a tricep curl upwards to raise the pole. It’s just what I’ve found to be easiest.

Then coming down, be sure not to let the clamps bang together. I don’t think the reach-it’s are glued, but for those with glued clamps, it’ll weaken the glue.

Never thought of the extra weight of the water due to wrapping it. And I was just thinking today that I will be wearing my belt and using a pouch to rest it in. The other thought was a fishing pole belt pad.

I’m gonna be BUFF when I am done with this job!! LOL.

I think so too, then I go have a bacon cheese burger and pepsi for good job I did.

The best way to avoid a stiff neck is to hire employees.

Only when my Viagra gets stuck in my throat

Bought my first WFP 4 months ago. My neck is Fckd up. Not sure its worth it. I know how to deal with sore knees and lower back pain.

I think a lot of you guys with neck pain are trying to use too upright an angle. Try extending the pole more and backing up away from the building.

Currently working with a 40ft Reach-iT Pro. The top of the top window is about 45ft. Don’t have a choice but to lift it to my chest height.

Then a busted neck is inevitable.

Add as many of these as you want: unger-hiflo-multilink-extension

They’re 12". Just be sure to attach them to your pole and not the adapter. I’ve snapped adapters that way.

Would this work on top of the Reach-iT red tip? I would be worried that it might snap the red tip if using more than one. I will look into it.

how is pushing an option while rinsing?

I was actually referring to agitation. In my experience though, when working 60’ or higher I do push when rinsing. Brush on glass jiggle rinsing back and forth. Little vertical shacks of the pole to encourage it to go side ways while rinsing.
