Owner operated window cleaning business for sale. Perfect size for a full time owner operator or a two person part time team. Could easily be grown.
Marketed as a high end predominantly residential company servicing wealthier neighborhoods. Based on current pricing you can expect to make no less than $40 per hour working at a safe moderate pace.
Having an impeccable reputation in the community and a large customer base, much of the work is repeat or referral. There is also a steady stream of new leads coming through a very strong online presence featuring a modern mobile friendly website that consistently appears on the first page of search results organically. All five star reviews from Yelp and Angie’s List. Current owners have never had a need to pay for advertising.
Ya sounds like he low balled. Payed to much attention to detail. Left out the detailed prices though
I could make easy 40 an hour , but I usually make more doing route work. No ladder work , no walking up stairs ,no pulling screens ,no moving things ,no headache
Yes, hourly can be pretty subjective though. I’m including all time involved in quoting new jobs, travel, etc. Also, trying to provide a realistic number for those that may not work as fast. Of course as you gain experience you can make more. Also, job to job will vary. You can almost double this figure on a large rancher.
More as to hourly wage, wrote much of this for a non window cleaner site and pasted. Experienced cleaners can make much more. Currently getting $12 - $15 per pane for 2nd story and $7 - $10 for 1st story along with added charges. Also, lots to be made here on hard water removal and screen repair. Lots of sun and supper hard water.
