i signed in and added it to our site, but my parter and i are testing it and it’s not working right, when he filled out the form, our company got an email but he personally did not, when i filled it out, i personally got an email but our company’s email did not.

folks, why so much negativity here, how cool is that new member is offering something valuable to this community for free insted of asking ton of questions, I developed this app back in 2014 primary for my company use, and it was sitting on my server since then, recently we made some changes so anyone can use it, this app was a part of the bigger project that I never had a time for.,
