Cost of living: $3000.00 for Housing. everything else is built on that as a base.
Employees pay set at $30/hr.

In Reality No. If I keep advertising down and all other spending a low as possible, focus on the jobs that pay better hourly, I can average $85+ per hour. Very few residential jobs are worth this rate. Hence migrating to more Commercial and storefront.
