Big test is it possible to use 24inch squeegee on small windows.
Comparing a 24 inch to 12 inch squeegee on small house windows. WHAT DO YOU THINK??
I would think so.as long as it fits on the window vertically.I use 18" on everything I just angle it pull down and close out with a straight pull
My opinion is video showed way too small squeegee vs way too big.
I too typically use 18 daily commercial or residential but jobs can change that at times.
Pros of the small over squeegeeing the windows none I see.
Cons of the small, more wrist or just movement to wear body. Every time you pivot or pull from edge allows higher chance of leaving marks behind.
Pros of the large squeegee is fast with less body or wrist movements equal less body wear.
Cons more detailing of edges likely also many double hung windows that may not even be 24" in size so need smaller squeegeeses with you.
Looks good. How do I get one?
I like it @HE_MAN .
That’ s called the Z method. Works great with tall narrow windows. I used to do this with french panes as well.
Here is an illustration from a few years back.
Noticed the other free movement swivel type handles have a side to side motion.
Or slight circular motion.
It is not possible to have even pressure while using these.
We have made it so to have a bearing like movement, where there is pressure directly over the squeegee channel as you use it.
Having this allows you to have better and easier control.
As you see in video no detailing necessary.
Have also have this movement on our WFP.
Ah that’s what its called lol, I knew it had a technical name of some sort
Been using this swivel movement for about 12 months now.
And done a few fix’s to get it to work smoothly .
Once it is all sorted out and have a pending patent on it.
Then hopefully manufactured have on the market .
