Window looks glazed?

I’m new to the window cleaning community. I’ve done tons of research and just recently got a lot of equipment. I recently got an Unger Ninja handle with an Ettore SuperChannel.
I’m also using an Unger TBar with its microfiber strip washer.
For some reason when I’m cleaning store front windows, after closing out, there’s a glaze of some sort that’s left after. I’m not sure what it is. I’m using dawn soap as many have claimed this is the best soap, but I’ve also noticed that the “glide” of my squeegee isn’t so good when fanning. Only when there’s tons of water and I’m doing straight pulls.
I say all this info because I’m trying to find out:

  1. Am I putting too much soap?
  2. Is the glaze maybe from the superchannel not wiping everything?
  3. Could it be my strip washer?

Its not the strip washer. Possibly not enough soap. What do you mean by glaze? Is it possible the glass is just really clean and shiny. Put up a pic.

Sorry using glaze was the first word that came to my head might’ve not been the best description. What I’m seeing is almost like “grease” left over. Like washing a window and there’s some type of grease streaks. When using the rag to detail I’ll wipe the window and can see the actual grease sometimes. I’m also only noticing this when I service these restaurants at night. Could it be condensation?
