This is so so sad. It’s right up the street from me. I have a sneaky feeling I know the crew too. They’re not releasing their names or their company name yet. Sadly, Quebec is 20 years behind the rest of the country as far as safety regulations and proper techniques. You can literally just do pretty much anything you want and get away with it. I’ve seen some ridiculously stupid things.
