Has anyone here worked with janitorial companies? Tomorrow I go in to meet with the head of operations for a janitorial company for the first time. What are some of the experiences you guys have had meeting with janitorial companies? Not sure what they will ask?

Unaccompanied access is a very specific criteria for some clients. One of my bank clients states in the 20 page service agreement that my company is not allowed to bring an employee on their premises if they have a charge that involves violence. Note that a charge is not even a conviction.
I got a $150 after hours floor job at a salon because a bank manager recommended me. The owners would only grant unaccompanied access to someone whom they could trust to not steal chemicals.
