I have a few good sources for refferals and hope to get some power washing and window jobs out of these two sources. They do some very high end properties. The type where they dont even blink when they write the check. Has this type of relationship worked for you and your business? I have always went by the its not what you know its who you know. I just know that i have to offer a grade A experience and professional look to come across as a seasoned pro right off bat. with my new business. kinda nerve racking.
Also do you think it would be to much to soon to be doing Million dollar mansions my basically first year in business. Should i hold off until i have more experience before i get these type of customers? The inner me says hell no go for it and fake it till you make it.
i always thought it would be fun to pair up with a landscaper. we could give out cards for each other, one could say “now that you can see your yard, do you like what you see?”
and the other would say “you now have a beautiful yard but can you see to enjoy it?”
Maybe, now that you see your house from this beautiful yard, do you like what you see. Fake it till you make it. I like that. We have all been where you are just starting out. I know I was nervous the first time I cleaned a million dollar home. After you clean a few, you will not think anything of it anymore.
