Picked this up for a large 3 story first time clean; windows were in ROUGH shape. This with a walnut pad, paired with a bore’s hair brush, VERY pleased with the results. Couldn’t be happier with it, just needed that extra bit of scrub power, and this thing has it in a convenient package.

Does it swivel up and down?

Yes it does; added benifit is the locknut/bolt combo used to swivel can be adjusted to be looser or stiffer depending on application, and being locknuts they won’t work themselves out of the hole. Excellent design. @leavingnc
