I get stoked when people are truly happy with they’re window cleaning. If a customer is happy it makes the hard work worth more than just the money. It is just window cleaning, but for some people it might change theyre whole mood because it’s brighter in theyre house or they might open the curtains more. So whats your favorite or craziest testemonial you’ve gotten.
I like this one… it was an e-mail note to the guy who basically started getting me jobs through his email news letter.

I did some work for an older retired couple, and the man kept jacking his jaw throughout the whole house. Every time I would finish a set of windows, he would stand there and yell to his wife in the other room " Those are some damn, fine good windows!" "Those are some damn fine good windows!"
I laughed everytime because it was so hilarious.
Another funny one-
I received a call to give an estimate. The lady on the phone (Mrs. Smith) was referred by another customer (Mrs. Jones).
Mrs. Smith told me that Mrs. Jones had referred her to me because after I cleaned Mrs. Jones windows…
“He did such a nice job, I didn’t even have to fix/touch up any of them”. (in her words)
I got a very cool compliment the other day. My customer, retired Special Forces First Sergeant, told me that my crew would make a damn fine Special Forces Team.
Alex: I never got a chance to see you before you finished our window cleaning here at the office earlier this week. Just want to express my appreciation for your professional manner, excellent, efficient timely work. We are all very pleased with the job–the sun is shining in so brightly now! You accomplished the task with aplomb and you were almost invisible as you went about your task. I would highly recommend you. There is a difference between a referral and a testimonial. A referral is
someone trying to get you more business, a testimonial is them
telling you they liked your service/crew.
