Angie’s list has worked great so far for my company. I just applied not even 2 month ago and got two bainbridge Island Roof cleaning jobs. If you havent applied for angie’s list yet I would. It will benefit your company if you produce quality work and get good reviews… Seattle Roof Cleaners
Angies list made us over $10,000.00 in 10 months. It’s only getting better the more reviews we get.
that is amazing…good stuff
Do you pay for it? Or free version?
I dont pay …I use the business portion…WHy?
If you are a paid advertiser you will likely get even more jobs

Doesn’t Angie claim that “no company can pay to be on Angie’s list” in her commercials?
Details…
You can’t pay to be “on” Angie’s list, you can pay to advertise on Angie’s list

Im ganna look into it
You can’t advertise on Angie’s List. What you can do is get an “Enhanced Listing” which, after customers have put you on Angie’s List, allows you to put up more pics of your work and gives you more latitude to display your company. We have been on Angie’s List for 3 years now and we are at the top of the listings. Not because we pay them, but because we have all A’s. We ARE the best window cleaning company in our area, and our reviews prove it. In the 3 years we have been on the list, we have all A’s on every question asked of our customers except for 1 question, where we got a B…and the customer admitted that was a mistake.
Exactly my scenario. 40 straight A reviews with 2 supers
Yes, you can, I know… I do it. For $208 per month I am at the top of the listings, and have a coupon on my listing. They might not call it advertising but that’s what it is. In the business center I believe they do call it advertising

Isn’t called a big deal or something like that>?
No. Big deal is their version of groupon

You CAN advertise, and you DON’T need customers to “put you on AL.” Just put your business on there yourself.
Angie’s List is great as long as you can keep the reviews positive, because there won’t be much you can do about a negative one.
I pay over $500 a month to advertise here…they’re based here, and huge. Still worth it even at those rates.
I had that same deal, coupon, top of listing and 60 or so pics. I was paying 40/month. I stopped paying because My ratings put me top of list. When the account manager made a comment about my placement dropping, when I stopped paying, I asked him if Angie wanted to explain her company on the local news if someone with lower scores passed me on the list.
Your “placement” depends on what the customer sorts companies by. Alphabetical? Ratings? I believe the Default sorting when a customer searches is “with coupon” first… Which favors companies who advertise. Isn’t that right?
You want to be a rated company!
