I use this from an idea I had from an old employer. The same invoice split unto one page. I have a print shop do the main info, then they created a program on PDF that I can input the customers info, then you can save, and print and edit as often as you like. The print shop did the little holes you get on checks to detach the top from bottom. 1000 invoices run about $60. The sofware costed me about $70 one time.

Note: You should keep the signed copy. I’ve had accountants call and without a signed copy, they won’t pay. I think that’s what you do, but just wanted to make sure.
