I have mine zip tied around for some extra tightness and usually run the hose through just in case the plug slips out.
Anyone know what glue would stick to the rubber and pole?

What size are they?

Gorilla Glue bonds with just about everything.

What’s the outside diameter? Might be able to use pvc fitting.

Don’t lube it before you insert your butt plug
Then it won’t slide out

I use a 1.5" or 2" hose clamp. Works like a charm and I can still remove it if I ever need to. Just don’t over tighten it as you don’t want to crush the end of your pole.

Are you sure the window cleaning industry calls it a butt plug? Pretty sure it’s called an end cap. A butt plug is something else entirely.
