Branding is not really marketing. How many jobs are won on it? Do
you have numbers to prove it? How do you know when your brand
awareness is such that it stimulates purchasing.
It does not happen in a year, Iāll tell you that.
Branding is a ghost. People love branding as it is not traceable. Unless
you are doing brand awareness research by using focus groups (which
is horridly expensive) you donāt know anything.
You spent $23k on bad advertising. It happens, a lot. Most blame
marketing and try something else.
If people are calling more now something has to have changed. What
is it? Is your website easier to find? Are your offers better?
You got to find out or you will be banking on the unknown
There is so much helpful imformation on the thread itās amazing. 
i dont think it has anything to do with the website⦠its not what i would like it to be. the offers arent better⦠my new postcard actually DOES NOT have an offer only the promise of reasonable prices. my past marketing had these great offers on them and nothing!
i designed an easy to read simple postcard with all of the necessary info and the phone has rang off the hook.
Would you mind posting that postcard ?

cards went out and how many responses directly from those cards?
