How do you all calculate a price for regular resi cleaning? I’d like to offer options for my clients if they’d like windows cleaned 1x, 2x, 4x a year and 1/month.
Do you have a base price (1x/year) and then figure out the rest by percentage?
Regular price and just discount 10%-20% for any cleanings before a year . So let’s say you do a house for $300 and he wants quarterly , you can discount 30-$60 if he gets it done quarterly after that .
Oh and First cleanings always full price

Have a base price per window.
Figure out what’s included what’s not included.
Charge extra for what’s not included.
10% discount on second clean if they want it done 2x a year, 15% for 3x, 20% for 4x.

I would just tell clients they can save from 10-20% for doing quarterly, that you will tell them once you’re done with the first cleaning how much will be the discount. Many times this will help you if you underbid or if it wasn’t really dirty the first cleaning . But yeah that should be a good to go 
How much are your charging per pane ? Let’s say on a single hung?

On a regular window… 3.50 per pane, per side. So a single-hung would be $7 in/out.

So $3.50 for the outside of casement windows?
Hmm. I haven’t had an outside-only job yet. My plan was to do the bid according to in/out and then charge 60% of that price for outside only (plus fees for hazards, obstacles, and ladder sets).
So outside only on a single casement would be $4.20 (I swear I didn’t plan that!)
Does that sound too low for outside only? I honestly don’t have much experience with outside only bids. I’ve only ever done in & out when I’ve given estimates.
My second year I’m going with a set $ price per window which includes inside, outside, screens, tracks, sills and a $ price for the outside only which I do now.
I thought $5 was low for outside only when I started. I do $8 and I think that’s good for me right now.

I have tracks and screens as add-ons, so they’re not included in my base pricing.
I’ll definitely revisit my pricing scheme for outside.

I charge about 65% for outside only. It was 60% but with travel time I bumped it up to 65%

It’s really not obvious. hit the “reply” button on a thread for the person you want to message. To the left of their name at the top, there is a small “-” icon. Click on that, and you’ll see several options, one of which is to start a “new message.”
From there, it should be straightforward. Took me forever to figure out
