what do you think?
Simple and to the point, I think it’s a good piece. That piece would be effective in my market for sure.
The prices? Are those like a save $35/$65 on the window cleaning?
Do you have service minimums?

Do you print/cut them yourself or just home-made as far as design goes? I would expect it to be very slow & labour intensive to DIY the printing & cutting?
I’m glad you’re not in my area dragging down prices like that!

I would expect to see those kinds of prices handwritten on a colored piece of 8.5x11, wrapped in a plastic bag, and thrown out of a rusty pickup onto the end of the driveway.
In other words, nice job on the design- it rivals VistaPrint. Your prices are low, which will win you a few jobs and experience. But double your prices on the next batch, and see what happens. After you gain some more experience, triple your original price. Then you’ll have a fighting chance at making a real living at this.

Humm, he’s not doing THAT bad. 20 panes = 35 = about 7 per window in/out. I assume that you’re not doing screens and first floor only? Because 35 for second floor ladder work would be a smokin deal.
You can do decent at $8 per window but I’m a lot happier at $10-11 per. So I guess my prices for a similar quote would be $60 & 100 but that would be screen washing too and first floor only. But I’m also trying to stick to a 75 minimum…
My bad. I have a hard time thinking in “panes”. I price per window, mostly. So my revised advice: try raising prices 30-50% on the next batch, then maybe more down the line, depending on what you include in the cleaning. But I’ve seen much worse than $7/window…
those are the prices in our area

Is it a small area or just highly competitive? I guess my only advice would be to have a footnote that “Some restrictions apply” because you probably don’t want to do a bunch of ladder work for 35.
i’m only going to hang them on 1 story homes

Or post them and all, just add a fine print excludes 2 story homes, they will still call cause your price is attractive, and thats an automatic up sell!

The lay out is to the point, simple.
after you get some work off these door hanger, raise your price a bit.
as Jared said add a footnote that says “Some restrictions apply”.
Good Luck! let us know how the first round goes…
there aren’t that many 2 story homes, and for the start i’ll just be going to one story track homes, bit the nice thing about printing them myself is that i’m not stuck with a thousand unchangable door hangers
