RHG Pro-Rinse System - DI Tanks / Resin - Water Fed Poles / Systems
should have pics in about a week ( as soon as everything comes in)
You have plans to put in a carbon filter?
Interesting. I’m waiting for the build pics.
post post post ( need 10 in order to do private message)…
looks good
I like the big blue housing 4x 10 and the 4x 20’s
Bravo on the home brew cart!!
I’m not from Missouri…but I need you to show me.
Ok sorry for the long wait, it’s been crazy busy here with all the late winter snow storms… finally got around to building the cart.
here goes:
Cart from home depot $40.00
angle iron $30.00
2 pre filters ( as described above), stainless RO tube, RO filter, carbon, and 5 micron filter = $390.00 from dultmeier
$80.00 IN misc brass fittings from home depot.
$5.00 in spray paint
4 - 50ft 3/8" air compressed air hose for WFP line - $23.00 each = 92.00
air hose quick connects and shutoff - $7.50
stainless hose reel from amazon.com ( private seller) = $210.00
total invested = $824.50 + 5 hours to build everything
Im gonna add a couple of 90’s for the connections from the pre filters to the RO so that I don’t have that huge loop of garden hose. I have one fitting thats leaking so I gotta take it apart and add some more tape to it and tighten it up. other than that just used it to clean my windows at my house, 120 PPM coming in per the TDS and 2 coming out at the end of the hose…windows came out spotless!!!, now just need to work on the pole…
I will be using a regular unger extension pole, i bought the beta pack from reach it for the brush and nozzles, gonna get one of those yellow coiled 1/4" air lines for the supply line on the pole…
Nice job.

Very nice work and looks very professional!
Based on your knowledge of the pure water systems out there which would you say yours is comparable to?
It looks a lot like the new one from Reach-It Pro.
Can anyone else chime in on the durability/functionality/performance that should be achievable with a unit like this?
Thanks!
I modeled it after this

I will probably add a pump later:
Rotary Vane Pump, Brass (C-Face):: 4.3 GPM, WITH Relief Valve, No Strainer - Dultmeier Sales
for the most part all pure water systems are the same, just fastened and spaced differently… they all have carbon pre filters, RO filters or DI filters… once you understand the basic components making your own is really easy…
… Nice looking system and for a good price too. Does yours have DI? It didn’t look like it from the pic. And if it does why 2 coming out and not 000?
It does not have DI, Just prefilter, carbon and RO… we did a bunch of homes this week with it and to be honest, even with 2 PPM reading i can’t see anything…it’s amazing how well this whole WFP thing works… we did a couple of scummy windows too…
Awesome! I am Gonna build one too! Not to save money. But because I like to make stuff. What filters work best for RO and DI?
