To add to what WWS said (not to be confused with WCS) there is a second alert that says the customer has hit the ‘ready to shedule’ button.
Those people have agreed to the price and are just waiting for you to come out.
So do you use responsibid and if you do for how long and does it benefit you?

… I’ve had 5 or 6 customers from responsibid in the 6 or so months that I have had it.
A couple of them signed right up on responsibid the rest responded to my follow up calls.
Many more than that who got the quote but never responded to my follow up calls.
So it hasn’t been a great producer for me.
What kind of traffic does your site get? I bet if you give Anya a call it would change everything for ya.
