Are you still using the service ? what do you think of it now ??
If you want results and a quality team Anya is the person you need to talk to. You get what you pay for.
All you have to do is say her name 3 times and sheâll appearâŚ

Ok. Maybe not.
Anya Curry owns Ambidextrous services. She does Web design and seo.
I would really enjoy hearing from more actual users of responsibid. I am on the fence about getting it.
How many visitors does your website get? How many of those fill out the form?
Do you run every estimate out of the program?
There is a lot of variables as to how many customers someone gets from it.
Iâm downgrading this year from premium to basic. Iâll use it for online estimates but I use housecall for everything else responsibid does for a fraction of the cost and way easier to use
I took the responsibid plug-in off my site because I could not get the pricing to accurately reflect my actual pricing. I might put it back up now that its snowing where I live and I might have hours and hours to fiddle with it.
brian is spot on. this data is important. unless you are doing a lot of volume and getting a lot of traffic, the premium may not be worth it. for instance, if you are a one man show, donât have a highly ranked site, and are doing 80k/year in business it would be hard to justify the premium package.
itâs been worth it for me. i only use RB as a âbonus salesâ tool. it just sits there on my site and we just do whatever comes through. i donât run any sales through it that didnât originate through it. so my RB reports are totally accurate with regard to how much âbonusâ revenue itâs actually generating for me (unlike the guys who run ALL their sales through it). RB produced a roughly 40:1 roi last year for me.
Its amazing!
Is there any chance that you could simplify your pricing to work around responsibid? Thats what I did and I couldnt be happier. I was reluctant at first but it honestly made my life soooo much easier
I run EVERYTHING through Responsibid. It keeps track of my lead source, it never forgets to send appointment reminder emails, it never forgets to follow up with my customers, it creates a no-pressure upsale system through a three tier pricing system
So you are using RB as a way to stay in touch with all of your client list? For instance in the spring you could use it to contact every past customer with a email sales campaign/ Also how can a non member such as myself see the responsibid ticker?
Housecall does it for me
i use mail chimp for email marketing, specials and such . its free which is nice
Well, not quite. I use responsibid for customers that are in my responsibid system. If they booked a job they would be in the system. The system would communicate with them when they filll out an estimate. If they dont book right away, it follows up with them. Then when I schedule them it sends them a confirmation email and a reminder email x amount of days before service. When Im done it follows up with them to see how the service went. Then they get a follow up email however many months after service to see if they are ready to book again.
As far as a spring or fall email I would use a different program and do an email blast to my entire database.
Responsibid is more customer specific. Tailored to how you would contact your customer individually.
