We have had more calls for gutter cleaning the last 2 weeks than window cleaning!! Whats funny is our window cleaning phonebook ad costs the most, and is huge. Our gutter cleaning ad is like a 3 liner! The only reason we put the gutter cleaning ad in was because we got it for free. Tells me what we’ll do next year… Anybody else experiencing this?
nope. All window cleaning and the majority of the homes are 2-3 days to clean.
Yeah – lotsa gutter cleaning requests here, too. Residential AND commercial.
Not so much commercial, mainly residential. I dunno… I’ll take em how they come either way

I don’t usually get too many calls for gutter cleaning other than in the fall, but I’d say this year more lately than in other years.
No rain the last couple of months here, so no calls, but I try to avoid cleaning them, always looking to sell the whitening
We had wind and storms thru the end of May here.
I’ve had a few gutter cleaning calls the last two weeks but 90% has been for pressure washing and 8% windows. I’m booked out 3 weeks on pressure washing.

Wow, just goes to show the differences in where we all live.
Depends on the time of year. In my experience it’s mostly window cleaning in the spring/summer then in the fall/winter a lot more gutter cleaning, less window cleaning.

You must have the biggest houses there. I have only ever had one house that I couldn’t do inside and out in a day on my own. It is 6000sq feet with 20 x 20" high collums of luver windows and 2 sides of the house built almost entirely of glass. It also had a glass pool house, glass balastades around the pool and balconies, sky lights as well as a glass walk way inside. I got a friend to help me out and we had it done in under a day.

I’ve got one of those coming up in August. A crew of 4 can get it done in one day. I have another mansion that 3 of us got done in 9 hours this year.

Wow that’s awesome. I can see how places like that can take a lot of time to get to a high standard.
Ive gotten yet more gutter cleaning calls. We have had 2 weeks of rain here and I imagine people are getting tired of seeing water overflow their gutters. Don’t get me wrong, we have been getting some calls for windows, but for as long as I have been cleaning windows I don’t remember ever cleaning gutters as much as now.
btw- It’s raining right now and my hometown fireworks are tonight. 
I dont really see gutter cleaning being big here in AZ. I could be wrong of course I just dont see many houses with gutters to begin with. Must be the 110 Heat and low water trees?!?!

Is your seceret add on something that would work here in AZ?
It’s not large here at all. The fact it rains once a year doesn’t help a whole lot. However there is guys that do it on vary select upscale community’s. Residential work is not my game, chris might have the magic answer.
