This is a little old, but what would you all like to see in an NSP?

What % of a market rate job would you give up to just get the work? What % would you pay for a salesman that generates their own leads, all you do is the work, no marketing or sales? You just get a call that the job is at x location, put it on your schedule.

This is a little old, but what would you all like to see in an NSP?

What % of a market rate job would you give up to just get the work? What % would you pay for a salesman that generates their own leads, all you do is the work, no marketing or sales? You just get a call that the job is at x location, put it on your schedule.

Personally, I won’t work with an NSP unless I’m getting more than my regular rate. I also won’t do any call-in, call-out balogna like NEST requires. Apart from that, I check these listings linked above, and if there’s even one bad review for that NSP I won’t touch them. Oh, and I won’t jump through a bunch of other hoops, either. Give me a flexible work order, I’ll get it signed, and email it along with my invoice. No need for all the leg work a lot of these NSP’s require. Just my $.02

Anyone work with “Facilities Source”? They provide maintenance services for Rite Aid stores. I’ve got a local rite aid that needs power washing real bad. I just want to know if it’s worth pursuing.
