I’m Solomon Cho. My new company is Dust Off Therapy. I know, the name’s ambiguous for a window cleaner. But there’s an explanation. It’s on my website, in the About section. While you’re there, take a look around. Let me know what you think.
Wandered through WCR for awhile now. Really enjoy the knowledge, humor and personalities. Please keep making me less dumb.
Apologies in advance to Chris (SqueegeeNinjaNJ) - I borrowed the Squeegee Ninja moniker as my job title. Seemed to be more genuine than “CEO”.
No clients yet, just wanted to get my start as “right” as possible, or as some would put it, “Setting yourself up to succeed” or some other catchy phrase. Making a flier/flyer push today for Res. Won’t bother businesses until Monday, since today’s a Friday after a holiday (owners/managers too busy to pay attention to a goofy window cleaner).
I’m in Central Arizona, Casa Grande to be specific.
To help you figure me out, here are 3 Scriptures that describe me, with accompanying paraphrases:
1) Numbers 22:28 - Ouch. Ouch. Ouch.
2) Ecclesiastes 9:4 - Woof!
3) Luke 17:10 - Jump? How high?
I don’t look at it as ouch. More so in god’s love/grace to get his attention. God is always speaking to us. Though we may not be hearing
Or not paying attention!! to the impression’s we feel. God speaks in impressions (knowings) Not always in a hearing voice. Though i hear his voice alot. He still speaks to me in impressions (downloads)
Luke 17:5 to 10 The essence of the parable… Faith is a servant.
Luke 17:4 4 And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day returns to you,[b] saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”
Verse 10 we do only that which we ought to have done. Obey! the lord’s command… Honor, respect, fear
Ponder this John 15:5
5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
Welcome to WCR. Great site. It really brings out your personality and creates an instant ‘likability’ that will be very hard for anyone to compete with.
LOL. So, what really matters now is if you care for their Ninja series of Squeegees/BOAB? If they met up to your expectations, then maybe we could call it a win-win?
I can see how a lot of people like the Ninja, but its not my cup of tea lol
Off topic… a lady that works at Asian Ciao in the mall thanked me with “Shi-shi-nee” (I know I just slaughtered the spelling) the other day when I was wearing my Unger Ninja tee shirt lol. I know shi-shi-nee but she assumed i knew more Chinese because of the shirt lol
Never had a FB page and don’t care to start now. Since I’m in business now, I don’t have much of a choice in the matter anymore, do I? Especially since it isn’t necessarily unethical… I will say this, though: I feel like I’m turning into a narcissistic idiot, when before, I was just a complete idiot
Thats what I thought lol, and although I can tell the difference between Chinese characters and Kanji, i never realized that the shirt had Chinese symbols on it lol
I’ve never seen a website quite like it! Refreshing.
One thing that may work against the reader’s perception of your abilities is in your guarantee. I’d be concerned that I’m putting the responsibility to find streaks on the homeowner when I’m the professional. Many guarantee complete satisfaction and ask for the opportunity to ‘fix’ whatever isn’t ‘right’. That with a risk-free money back promise.
