Montreal has been going through a huge gentrification phase… beautiful old industrial revolution age houses being turned into “boutique condos” and sold for way too much. Still, beautiful though.
It’s a privileged area. I get annoyed as well, but deal with it. Looks like you’re east of table mesa a little ways.
Some folk are pretentious here, but if you can smoke 'em, they won’t say anything. I try to associate with people that are educated and well-mannered.

I dropped flyers through out that whole neighborhood a month and a half ago. I’m actually working several streets over when the call for this one came in.
That was the last house on the block. All the others have been razed. 
Watch you step when doing that job, we complain about dogs dropping in the lower 48…
