If you tell them to clear sills and they dont - do you charge more or take the loss?
Take the loss to a point, it’s really not too big a deal what is a judgement call. When we bid interiors we know 25% will need to be moved.
If there is excessive then we skip it and charge to come back up to that floor if it is requested.

Bad weather and some last minute cancellations gave us some time for crew training on the new (to us anyhow) lift. Probably needs a paint job, but that’s what January is for…SBS Trailer Boom|666x500

Only a couple of guys out in the field today (high of 18), so Ops Manager had a chance to put a new coat of paint on for 2018.

Wow. Does the residential market completely stop in the winter there?
We don’t do residential, but it seems like residential slows almost to a stop, from what local guys say.

It pretty much stops until mid March depending on when the weather breaks. Commercial and store fronts just are a way to keep revenue coming in.
