True that links from relevant sites are among the best, but reciprocal links are garbage. Two way links are pointless and a waste of time and internet space.

And I’d define that as trading links with unrelated sites. Again window cleaners linking to other window cleaners is still valuable. Getting links from, or linking to, anything else doesn’t help.
