I’d charge the same percentage for insides only as for outsides only. The travel and gas expense is still the same.
You have to spend 500 to get them. Keep knocking off 10. You will never get them

Basically people want to complain about being inside AND being outside… Well who made you a window cleaner? I thought in/out was part of it. Correct me if I’m wrong…

After reading some of these I will probably charge 60% for outside only. I have only had one ask for inside only. It was a huge home that was just remodeled, practically a mansion for these parts. Inside ladder work and all, but that was $1,100. Too bad the guy didn’t want outside too. A few windows would have been tricky. A friend of mine runs a house cleaning business and landed that job. Last I talked to him the guy never had the outsides done. Maserati in the garage, beautiful water front property.
Come to think of it I would probably charge 60% for inside only of an inside/outside bid. :-/
Personally I think outs only is half ass… I always try to sell them on in/out…
There ARE NO “no obstructions”/customer moved all valuables type, insides.
The is always something;
- curtains
- muntins
- “oops, they installed the blinds in over of the screens,
and now they don’t come out, that’s not a problem is it?!?” - kitchen sinks
- dolls
- “cute little gel sticky’s”
But yeah, second story bedroom… I’m outside “all day.”
The obvious is that more than likely the customer perceives the outsides as the harder part also, or why wouldn’t they do those also.
